What's the turnaround?

It depends on the decoration method. On headwear and patch work, after proof approval: 10–15 business days for embroidery direct on hat, heat transfer, stock-shape leather, silicone patch, sublimation patch, leatherette patch and cork patch; 15–20 business days for custom-shape sublimation patch, leather patch, PU patch, embroidery patch, PVC patch, 3D embroidery patch and woven patch. Other collections vary by substrate — tell us your date and we'll confirm it before you quote it. Decoration runs in our own building in Appleton, Wisconsin, so rush timelines are ours to move.

Can you match my client's logo and brand colors?

Yes. Send the artwork in whatever format you have — vector, a PNG, even a screenshot from their website — and we'll come back with a proof for approval before anything runs.

Do I have to commit to anything to get pricing?

No. You get pricing and a decoration recommendation with no obligation. Take it to your client and come back if it lands.

Can this be part of a bigger kit?

Yes — that's most of what we do. We build programs across collections and ship them as one coordinated program under one purchase order, including direct-to-recipient with individual addresses. Kitting and fulfilment are in-house, and if the piece your client wants doesn't exist yet, product development and overseas sourcing are on the table too.
